WeHomeCats.com is an independent community awareness project run by one person. It is not an animal shelter, veterinary provider or emergency animal service.
Visiting the area
Please respect private property and local laws. If you plan to remove or trap a cat, make sure you can do so safely and have an appropriate plan for the animal afterward. Do not chase, corner or handle frightened cats unsafely.
Information on this site
We share what we know and update it as we learn more. Details such as how many cats there are, which cats are repeats and their status may change.
Submitting cats and agencies
By submitting a cat or an agency you confirm the information is accurate to your knowledge and that you took the photos or have permission to share them, and you allow WeHomeCats to publish the approved photos and public details on this site and when sharing it. We may edit, decline or remove any submission.
Agencies
Listed agencies are independent organizations with their own ways of working. A listing isn’t an endorsement, so please contact each agency directly to see how you can work together.
